In 7 or 10 hours we teach you the practical and theoretical things you need to know in an emergency. We make sure you know what to do when it counts.

For CHF 80.00 (10 hours) or CHF 60.00 (7 hours) you can take your first aid certificate straight home or download it. It really does not get cheaper!

With us the first aid course can take place on one day (7 hours) or over several days (10 hours). Wear loose clothing so that you are comfortable during the practical exercises.

To take the one-day first aid course you first have to complete the theory part on the SSK website. There you can register at nothelfer-online.ch and complete the "e-learning" theory part online for CHF 15.00. At the start of our course you must then be able to present the e-Nothelfer certificate issued by the SSK, either on paper or on your mobile phone.
