Category A (35 kW)
(from age 18) in Zürich
The Motorrad-Grundkurs for category A (35 kW) is mandatory and lasts 12 hours in total. For legal reasons it has to be completed on three different days with a scooter / motorcycle / electric vehicle with a cubic capacity of more than 125 cm3 and no more than 35 kW of power (no cat. A1 vehicle).
Please note that your learner driver permit is only valid for 4 months! Only once you have completed the whole Motorrad-Grundkurs is your learner driver permit extended by a further 12 months.
